VGRM APPOINTS NORTH AMERICA DIRECTOR OF SECURITY & RISK MANAGEMENT OPERATIONS
Risk management isn’t a job, it’s a mindset. And Chris LeColst embodies this mindset. Chris has spent much of his career operating in the gray, mitigating risk before it materializes and ensuring those he advises stay three steps ahead. As the North American Director of Security and Risk Management for Vanguard Global Risk Management, Chris oversees critical security operations, asset protection, and risk mitigation strategies across low, medium and high-threat environments.
Chris’ background spans private security, government contracting, and military procurement, with direct involvement in global operations requiring discretion, precision, and operational foresight. Most of which cannot be disclosed.
Chris has advised on and facilitated the manufacturing of ammunition, sat on a threat assessment board for a Kuwait-based petroleum firm, and played a role in securing critical infrastructure across multiple industries.
Beyond corporate security, Chris has been involved in high-value asset and fugitive recovery operations across continental North America, navigating the complexities of cross-border logistics and intelligence-driven tracking. Whether mitigating threats in the boardroom or in the field, his approach remains the same—identify the risk, control the variables, and execute with precision.
